More stalling
Roman Polanski is still trying to wriggle off the hook regarding his 30 year old rape case. This time the director thinks that a legal technicality might help him to beat the rape rap. Seems that in the original case, before Roman went on the lam, his lawyer tried to get he judge removed on some kind of misconduct beef. Now this is a pretty common dodge, especially when influential types hire high powered legal artillery. It's a nuisance objection - but with the director in his last remaining years playing for time matters and every day counts.
In other news, Lena Horne was black, and Barbara Walters has a heart. Still it would be good if she had the gumption to fire that goofy two shoes Elizabeth Hasselbeck. She made Erin Andrews cry, and that made everyone mad. Not because Andrews has any real fan base outside of obsessed stalkers and mentally unstable types. It's more the matter of people really getting tired of Hasselbeck and her crypto-conservative babbling!
