Chace Crawford has revealed that he wants his Gossip Girl character to get darker.
Crawford told E! Online that he would like the recent season finale to change his character Nate.
"I hope so," he said. "I think that's kind of maybe where they're going. It would be fun to play. Maybe, who knows, I'll be the one getting shot next year."
However, Crawford added that he does not want Nate and Jenny (Taylor Momsen) to get together again.
"I always thought it was a little weird," he explained. "I don't know. There's the age gap, she's still in high-school... I don't know. I think it's time to bring in [a new love interest]."
