Julie Pilat, assistant program director/music director for KIIS-FM Los Angeles, says, “Between Katy Perry’s ‘California Girls’ and YG’s ‘Toot It & Boot It’ — they were the 2010 songs of the summer.” “Clubs, beaches, barbecues, they were inescapable!” Julie added. YG’s debut album, Fresh On Campus, is due out this winter. And if you don’t know what “Toot It and Boot It” means, here are some synonymous phrases that might help: – Hit it and quit it. The 29-year-old actor was part of the early ’90s Disney series, The All New Mickey Mouse Club, (alongside Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera) but it wasn’t long before he realized that his wedding warbling didn’t quite cut it. “It was kind of depressing because when I got there, they realized that I wasn't really up to snuff in comparison with what some of the other kids were able to do,” he told Interview magazine. “I remember one time they put four of us in a dance routine, but I was so off. | Adam Lambert: Acoustic Album in the Works! Posted: 27 Oct 2010 10:00 AM PDT  Adam Lambert is planning to release an acoustic album for the holiday season! The 28-year-old entertainer dished to Aussie TV presenter Dylan Lewis that he’s hoping to have the record out soon - “Probably around Thanksgiving time,” Adam dished, “November, December.” “We went around Europe in the earlier part of this year…and we did a lot of promo, so I had Monte, my guitar player, and my drummer at the time,” Adam explained. “We just did very stripped-back versions of the songs. We got our hands on some of those recordings. Then we also recorded some of the stuff from the actual Glam Nation Tour, so it’s going to be a mix of both.” Adam also said that a second album is on the way - he hopes it’ll be out by spring or summer of next year! JT, 29, and JB, 28, hadn’t been photographed together in three months (since July while biking in NYC). And just two days before this story broke, they were spotted together at Jessica’s directorial debut at Glamour Reel Moments. Sparks reportedly began to fly between The Daily Show correspondent Olivia Munn and Justin when she interviewed him for his new film, The Social Network, on Sunday (Sept. 26). The mag reports that Olivia resisted his advances, telling him it was a no-go if he was still with Jessica. Justin “has been telling people it's over with Jessica, even though the reality is he’s just doing it behind her back.” Believing he had left Jessica and that her relationship with Justin might develop into something serious, they reportedly got affectionate at Avenue nightclub the following night.
