Posted: 08 Sep 2010 11:10 AM PDT  January Jones is white hot in costume for her new film X-Men: First Class as she films scenes on Wednesday (September 8) in Buckinghamshire, England. The 32-year-old actress, who plays “White Queen” Emma Frost, wore head-to-toe white as she walked with her stunt double. January also shot scenes in a helicopter! Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy and Kevin Bacon also star in the film, due out in June of 2011.

| Angelina Jolie Speaks Out Against Quran Burning Posted: 08 Sep 2010 10:10 AM PDT  Angelina Jolie has spoken out about a Florida church’s threat to burn copies of the Quran to mark the anniversary of the September 11 attacks. “I have hardly the words that somebody would do that to somebody’s religious book,” the 35-year-old actress shared while on a trip to Pakistan to raise awareness about the disastrous floods. Angie also spoke out about the floods and the lack of media attention about the devastation. “There’s lots of speculation about why this one has not gotten the attention it deserves,” she shared. “Even all of the wonderful coverage … is not getting the response that usually it’s able to get.” |

| Piers Morgan Takes Over Larry King's CNN Time Slot Posted: 08 Sep 2010 09:00 AM PDT  Piers Morgan will take over Larry King’s primetime slot on CNN, the network announced on Wednesday. The 45-year-old journalist will host a “candid, in-depth newsmaker interview program” beginning in January. “I have watched Larry King Live for much of the last 25 years, and dreamed of one day filling the legendary suspenders of the man I consider to be the greatest TV interviewer of them all,” Piers said. Larry hosted Larry King Live beginning back in 1985 and announced over the summer that he’d end his nightly show but continue to work at CNN. |
