The 26-year-old “What The Hell” singer got a safety pin tattooed on the left side of her neck after a day out with girlfriends turned into a girls’ night out! “Omg..k. Here we go… [It] comes in handy all the time, it can hurt you, but at the same time keep you together, safety first!” Avril hinted before showing photos of the tattoo process on her Twitter. “What a great day with my girlfriends…..
