The 26-year-old actress was joined on stage by Broadway actor Tony Yazbeck in an original piece of theatre that was created and performed within a 24 hour time period! America will take the stage again in a reading of the play, Extremities, with Katie Holmes. The 27-year-old actor decided that he wanted to drop the weight before work began on the film in April, but a friend said that despite Jonah’s best efforts, it was tough to slim down! He “went on a diet for the movie, but gained weight at first!” the friend told Us Weekly, adding, “Finally, he got a nutritionist and a trainer. | Spider-Man: Julie Taymor Replaced as Director Posted: 10 Mar 2011 09:30 AM PST  Julie Taymor will leave her post as the director of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. The troubled production has also delayed opening night from March 15 “to an evening in the early summer, 2011,” producers said in a statement. The show is also set to be revamped with new music, sound, staging, and book rewrites before the opening. “Julie Taymor is not leaving the creative team,” producers Michael Cohl and Jeremiah J. Harris said. “Julie’s previous commitments mean that past March 15th, she cannot work the (daily) 24/7 necessary to make the changes in the production in order to be ready for our opening.” |
| 'Lost' Stars Talk Life After Leaving the Island Posted: 10 Mar 2011 09:10 AM PST  Lost actors Matthew Fox, Jorge Garcia, and Josh Holloway share their thoughts on returning to real life after their hit series ended. Here’s what the actors had to share in a new EW interview: Matthew, on Jack’s role in the finale:. "Redemption is always a big theme for me, so I had waited a long, long time for that moment for Jack. He had made so many mistakes and fallen apart and become this shell of a man and was really lost. And to finally get to play that end where he knows - he has the singular clarity of what he's meant to do and what the sacrifice will be - that felt good." Jorge, on people’s reactions to the series finale: "I still get people who say that they love the show and didn't like the ending, and they'll ask me what I thought of the ending. I love the ending. For one thing, I end up with the Island. How can I not like that ending?" Josh, on looking back at moments in his life surrounding the show: "God, it was just magical. That's where I got my first home, got married, had my first child. The things that happened there in Hawaii were phenomenal. I have no regrets…. However, [last summer] I'm looking around going, 'Damn, I wish I had a job to go to.' I was a little bit - forgive the pun, I'm gonna finally be able to use that word lost again one day - but I felt a little lost. I'm like, 'Oooh, this is tough to hang back and play chess now.'" |

The 34-year-old actor met Rihanna last year at the Graham Norton Show, and they have reportedly met up several times since then. According to The Mirror, Colin has now invited her to Castleknock to meet his family. “Colin is bringing her to Ireland in the next couple of months to meet the family,” a source said. “Things are moving on pretty fast and Colin wants to show her a good night at home in Dublin. His parents can’t wait to meet her.”
