James Franco is a partner in Writer’s Room, a new bar!

The 32-year-old actor dished to etalk that the after after after after Oscar party will be at his new bar, which is in a “secret location”!

"That’s what I’m looking forward to because I’m going to be singing there at the bar. I’ll be singing at the Oscars but there will be a private performance at my new bar,” James said.

“It’s in L.A. That’s all I can say because I can’t fit everybody. Everybody at the Governor’s Ball will not fit into my new bar but it’ll be going down,” he added.

FYI: James also dished that he’ll be attending the Oscars with his brother, Dave! Can’t wait to see both Francos suit up!

The actor celebrated his 30th birthday yesterday - happy birthday, JT!!

Justin swam in the ocean for a night shoot but had a lifeguard nearby just in case the water got too rough.

Now also stars Amanda Seyfried and is scheduled to be released in late October.

Natalie Portman: Help Educate Girls in Kenya!

Natalie Portman has teamed up with Free The Children to launch The Power of a Girl, an initiative to spread the word about educating girls in developing nations.

"With women comprising 70 percent of the world's poor, investing in the education of girls is one of the best ways to end the cycle of poverty," Nat said. "I'm thrilled to be working with Free The Children and excited to see the ways in which youth throughout North America and the U.K. will be able to help send girls to school in Kenya, bringing them one step closer to achieving their dreams."

From now until May 1, young people aged 13-21 are encouraged to raise funds for Kisaruni, Free The Children’s new all-girls’ secondary school in Kenya. Finalists will be chosen in May and asked to share why they think it’s important to empower girls through education.

The winner will take home Natalie’s Rodarte dress from the AFI Fest premiere of Black Swan and the chance to travel to Kenya over the summer!

Joaquin Phoenix is reportedly the frontrunner to play Henry Sturges in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

The 36-year-old actor has met on the project and “it’s his if he wants it,” according to Deadline.

The role, which previously was rumored to have been offered to Tom Hardy, “is for Henry, a mythic, ageless figure who turns Lincoln into an axe-throwing expert slayer of vampires.”

Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Reynolds, Anne Hathaway, and James Franco grace the cover of Vanity Fair’s 17th annual Hollywood Issue.

For the special issue, the magazine “went back to the basics - no teenagers, no penguins, no (full-on) nudity, just the most exciting actors and actresses of the moment.”

The three-panel foldout, which was shot in L.A. and NYC, also features Jennifer Lawrence, Anthony Mackie, Olivia Wilde, Jesse Eisenberg, Mila Kunis, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Andrew Garfield, Rashida Jones, Garrett Hedlund, Noomi Rapace, and Robert Duvall.

“I think he’s the ideal human,” Chris told the mag about the superhero he plays in Captain America: The First Avenger. “Not just American. It’s what being a good person is.”

“[My character] Steve’s managed to overcome all the shortcomings he’s had in life and he does what’s good and what he believes is right,” the 29-year-old added.

“I've always loved Raiders and the tone that it had. It was period but didn't feel like it was made in the period. It felt like a modern-day film about the period, which is what we're doing on Captain America,” said director Joe Johnston.

“It will not feel like a war movie. It's funny where it needs to be and emotional where it needs to be and serious and full of action,” he explained.

Halle Berry is ready to go to court with her ex Gabriel Aubry to fight for custody of their daughter Nahla.

“Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her,” her rep told People.

“She has attempted to resolve these custody issues amicably with her daughter’s father, Gabriel Aubry, directly, but given his lack of cooperation, Halle has no choice but to seek swift judicial intervention,” added the rep.

The 44-year-old actress has also pulled out of the film New Year’s Eve, which was scheduled to start filming this week, and will be replaced by Katherine Heigl, in order to clear her schedule.

Halle and Gabriel, who in December filed papers asking the court to be formally recognized as Nahla’s father, split in April 2009.

As for the name Faith Margaret, “It’s that southern double name,” Nic shared, adding that Margaret was her grandmother’s name.
