Leona Lewis heads home for the holidays on Thursday (December 22) in London, England.

The 25-year-old British singer caught a flight out of Heathrow airport.

“Starting 2 create the new album! So much has happened this passed [sic] year, I have so much to sing about write about I’m so excited bunnies ha!” Leona tweeted.

Leona will be performing at Orange Drive Fest on New Year’s Eve in Miami, Fla.

JJ: I have a couple of holiday questions for you. What’s the best present you got as a kid during the holiday season?

EI: The big spaceship in Star Wars. When I was a kid I was very attached to Star Wars.

JJ: Did you like the latest installments of Star Wars?

EI: Not as much as the older ones.

JJ: What’s a gift that you didn’t get as a kid that you always wanted?

EI: There wasn’t anything that I really wanted.

JJ: Is there a gift you’re hoping to get under your Christmas tree this year?

EI: Yes!! I want to be able to take 48 hours of peace and quiet where I can sleep and relax.

JJ: You need a vacation! Are you on the naughty or nice list this year?

EI: I’m in between! [laughs]

JJ: Do you have any favorite family traditions?

EI: You know, to my mom it’s so important. On the 24th we eat dinner right before the 25th. That right there is crucial for her.

JJ: And who does the cooking?

EI: She doesn’t do the cooking, that’s for sure. We usually eat turkey.

JJ: Do you have a favorite Christmas carol?

EI: Nope, not really. I mean I like a bunch of them.

JJ: Do you have a favorite Christmas song?

EI: You know what Christmas song I used to listen when I was a little kid over and over? George Michael’s “Last Christmas”. That was my favorite. Well classic maybe is from that generation.

JJ: If you could design the ugliest Christmas sweater, what would you put on it?

EI: I don’t know. It’d be really green. Really, really green with a reindeer on it!

The New Kids on the Block singer and his wife Barrett are expecting their third child in May, just before NKOTB goes on tour with the Backstreet Boys!

“Barrett and I are so blessed and grateful for the little one on the way,” Joey, 37, told People. “We’ll have our hands full. Three’s the new nine!”

The couple are already parents to sons Rhys Edward, 1, and Griffin Thomas, 3.

JJ: What number Jingle Ball was this for you?

TS: Jingle Ball number 1.

JJ: First one ever! Congratulations. What was the best present you got as a kid and one you never wanted but you never got?

TS: The best present I ever got was when I was 15 and I got my first drum kit. One that I wanted, but I never got, not sure — you go ahead [bandmate takes microphone] Best one I got was a computer, my very first computer. One that I wanted that I didn’t get was, I’m not sure. I really don’t know.

JJ: What do you want for Christmas this year?

TS: Time off. Time off would be nice.

JJ: For Santa, are you on the naughty or nice list this year?

TS: Naughty, I think I’m on the naughty list. We might be wanted in some states.

JJ: Do you have any favorite family traditions?

TS: Yeah - in our family, we usually don’t normally have turkey on Christmas - we have steak!

JJ: Do you cook yourself?

TS: Oh yeah, I’ve cooked for 2 years.

JJ: How about you?

TS: Our tradition is that the family meets up around 7 o’clock and have a big ‘Piss up’ is what we call it. On Christmas Eve we all hang out together, Christmas day we eat dinner together, drink, chill out, and play a bunch of board games together.

JJ: Do you guys have any favorite Christmas carols?

TS: Sometimes my friends would come around and we’d pull out the guitars and we’d have a big sing song. Then the neighbors would call and it’d turn out to be very late night and we’d have no voice the next day so we take a few days off - so that’ll probably happen again.

JJ: If you could design the ugliest Christmas sweater, what would you put on it?

TS: It’d probably have to be a puppy with a Santa hat with reindeer ears. Or Gollum with a Santa hat on and sticking on a Christmas jumper. Also with boxer shorts with a skull and a Santa hat on.

“Joey proposed to Ginnifer just the other day,” sources tell Just Jared. “She said yes without hesitation. They are very excited and enjoying this moment with family and friends.”

Joey, 34, and Ginnifer, 32, have been dating for nearly two years after being set up by a mutual friend. Congrats to the newly engaged couple!

You can catch Ginnifer on the small screen next year. The fifth and final season of HBO’s Big Love will kick off on January 16, 2011.

UPDATE: “We couldn’t be happier than to celebrate our engagement over the holidays with our families,” the couple confirms of their Fall 2011 wedding.

“I’ve kind of always wanted to do an album, and with the success of Glee, it’s kind of afforded me the opportunity to make that happen,” the 32-year-old shared. “I think in the beginning, I was kind of trying to gear it towards the Glee audience, to make a very pop-y kind of vibrant record that a lot of younger people were gonna be into but then I started writing those kind of songs and they just didn’t resonate with me. I don’t want to make a Glee album. I want to do something that’s really personal to me.”
