Always on the move Victoria Beckham was spotted making her way thru LAX Airport this week bound for wherever and for the first time this pregnancy, she really looked like a pregnant woman. Vicki B. sported a bit of a baby bump at the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton late last month but in the photos below, the maternityesque baby-doll dress that she is wearing really makes her bump stand out.
