Actor Chace Crawford has entered a deal after being charged with marijuana possession in June 2010.
?Gossip Girl? actor Chace Crawford was arrested and charged with marijuana possession in June 201o in Texas.
But the actor is avoiding jail after agreeing to complete a pre-trial diversion program.
The terms of the deal require that Chace, 25, cannot be arrested or engage in any criminal activity for a year, he must perform 24 hours of community service as well as report to his probation officer once monthly.
After learning of his arrest last year, sources report ?his mom called him crying. He comes from a very good family, and his parents were so upset that his mugshot was everywhere.?
