Kelsey Grammer wants to split kids

TMZ obtained leaked documents pertaining to the custodial battle brewing between Kelsey Grammer and his ex-wife Camille Grammer. It looks like dear ol? daddy wants to split his 6-year old son Jude from two other siblings, Mason and Michelle.

The document states that Kelsey wants his youngest son to move to Chicago while his other siblings stay with Camille in Los Angeles: ?Jude shall fly with Michele to Chicago to be with Kelsey on May 16, 20111. Kelsey proposes that Mason also come to Chicago on May 16, 2011. Michele shall stay with Kelsey and the children from May 16, 2011 and then return with Mason to Los Angeles on�Saturday, May 21, 2001. Kelsey shall enroll Jude in classes at the Chicago branch.?

Favoring the little boy or is there more to this story? Kelsey?s attorneys had no comment but the�public war of words continues over this matter. Poor kids.
